La mise en œuvre du béton ciré BCO est d’une simplicité révolutionnaire

Apply the PRIMAIRE D’ACCROCHE - 1 - (primary base layer), special concrete, on two layers with a roller or a brush.

Let dry 4 hours between the 2 layers and wait 12 hours before the application of the waxed concrete.

A) In a bucket, mix PIGMENTS COULEUR - 2 - (colored pigments) with 3 liters of water using a mixer.

B) In a second bucket, collect a quantity of pigmented water, then stir in BÉTON CIRÉ - 3 - (waxed concrete) in corresponding quantity.

Apply the waxed concrete using a trowel or a smooth blade, the thickness i about 1 mm.

Apply a second layer by smoothing with the platoir for a smooth appearance with no grain or stops. You can apply the second coat after 1 hour of drying.

We recommend to apply the second coat in 3h.

1st Treatment :

- BOUCHE PORES - 4 - (stop pores): apply two-pass cross (by forming cross). Drying: 12 between the layers and dry completely before applying the finish: 24hours.

2nd Treatment :

- FINITION CIRÉE - 5 - (wax) apply in one pass. Let dry 12 hours then buff with a rag.

For shower walls, countertops and kitchen credence, we advise you to paint with a varnish before applying the wax.
